"You're Nothing But A Copy Cat!"

Are we copy-cats?

We are made in God’s image and so maybe we are.

Do we love gardens, or at least admire them, because we are a chip off The Old Block?

Could it be that God loves work and creativity so we want to plow into His “hobby?”

From the time children are little, they love to roam around in their birthday suits. Do we yearn to share in Adam and Eve’s vulnerability and not be ashamed before God? After all, there was no one else in The Garden.

Eden was clothed with beauty as well as nakedness because it could only bare all.

A GREAT Mother's Day Present:

Gardens don’t blush. May I borrow a line from “Carousel?” “June is busting out all over.”

Intrinsically, we know that life is about growth.

Sin, shame and all of the rest have allowed for too many weeds to strangle the life of our hearts. But Eden will have an encore because The Gardener was not afraid to get His hands dirty.

And when we see Him face to face, we will truly understand why we have loved to copy Him.

PORTAL TO HEAVEN: A garden grows metaphors. Anyone who has been touched by one has been touched by The Gardener Himself for He planted us in the garden as well as plants and flowers and He loves to see our growth and beauty.

So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them…Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.

Genesis 1:27 NLT, 1 John 3:2 NIV

COMMENTS: Jesus is the garden- a garden whose beauty and life Is beyond comprehension!
