As we approach Thanksgiving, there are so many reason to give thanks. But have you ever thought that by giving thanks to God, we are actually promoting the gospel?
Everything we do impacts the gospel. How we love our spouses, children and parents; how we love one another, shows we are followers of Jesus. Jesus said they will know we're his disciples by our love for one another. [John 13:34, 35]
When we do what God has asked of us and we do it with glad and thankful hearts, we really exalt Him and declare Him to the world around.
PRAYER: This season of Thanksgiving, let's give God His due by being thankful followers; by being grateful in all that we do.
