Where is God in all of the crises of COVID and racial discontent? Did He turn his back on all of the nations? Was he asleep as Elijah suggested about the whereabouts of Baal? As people filter back into church, they are going to realize for the millionth time that God lives beyond the four walls of the cathedrals built by man. The quarantines brought that revelation to a height taller than any spire. Faith comes from within and the work of it goes out. Coming back to church buildings post-COVID will not bring us any closer to Christ. COVID faith was proved in a church not built by man. PORTAL TO HEAVEN: God can use anything to move his church outward.
