The unmasking of COVID has many literally dropping some guards.
But there is still one set of eyes we should peer into very deeply.
If all we could see were Jesus’ very pupils, we’d be more than just pupils. We’d be His friends and lovers and ardent followers.
But there is another side to that as each disciple would find out when He held their gaze. What untruths and sins are exposed when we see the purity of His pupils?
May that be more comforting than frightening.
