The Unfolding of The Greatest Love Story

VIDEO: It does the soul good to sing about this magnificent obsession. Take the time to watch one who has been touched by the unfolding love story. Click on photo to watch.

The unfolding of romantic relationships make for some of the most compelling of tales whether they be true or fictional, whether they start wars or simply start a family, whether they start off steamy or begin as friendships or even as enemies.

To think of history’s timeline with a Christian perspective is to see and experience nothing short of a long romance between God and me…and you…and him…and her…and even tribes and nations.

What kind of suitor do we have in The Trinity?

A Father who loves a prodigal, a Son who could look past her long hair and her long history and an indwelling creature who fights for us with every step during the longest walk down an aisle.

It’s a preposterous proposal and yet it is still the most beautiful unfolding love story of all time.

PORTAL TO HEAVEN: Hearts touched by this unlikely love story between God and humans become the portals to heaven for others.

Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee….And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. For example, we don't know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words…As she stood behind him at his feet weeping, she began to wet his feet with her tears. Then she wiped them with her hair, kissed them and poured perfume on them…Therefore, I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven--as her great love has shown. But whoever has been forgiven little loves little…But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him…Jesus answered him, ‘Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.’
